Friends of the McCullough Library 2023 Auction Fundraiser. Virtual auction September 10th- 22nd at www.32Auctions.com/FOTML2023. Live auction event September 23rd 6:00 PM at the Old First Church Carriage Barn One Monument Circle, Bennington, VT. With 75+ items on offer, there's something for everyone! Original art, jewelry, gift cards, unique experiences, and more. All proceeds will directly fund free events for all ages, craft supplies, museum passes, Libby (the library’s popular ebook and digital audiobook lending service), magazine subscriptions, and so much more.

Please note: the library cannot accept book donations at this time.

Through a grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, print copies of Booklist Reader, a monthly magazine featuring book reviews and recommendations for all ages and interests, will be available at the McCullough Library through next June. Stop by to pick up a copy!

McCullough Library Garden Project. New day and time: Tuesdays, 9 to 11 AM. Meet and assist volunteer gardeners from the UVM Extension Master Gardener Program to plant and maintain the herb and pollinator gardens surrounding the library. Stay and help for as long as you'd like! Bring gloves and gardening tools, if you wish. ALL are welcome!

Need a place to meet, study, or work? The Laura Nowak Memorial Meeting Room is the perfect place for quiet work and small meetings. Located on the library's second floor, it features comfortable seating, moveable tables, natural light, and free access to high-speed WiFi. Individuals and groups of six or fewer who wish to reserve this space should call the library at 802.447.7121, or email McCulloughLibraryClerk@gmail.com, or stop by the adult services desk. When not reserved, the space is open to all. This space is not available when the library is closed.
